Henry Ciezkowski

I am a lifelong resident of Baltimore County and a proud graduate of Sparrows Point High School. This community isn’t just where I live — it’s home. It’s where I grew up, where my values were shaped, and where I’ve chosen to continue serving.

After high school, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served four years on active duty. During my service, I was honored to receive the Navy Achievement Medal for meritorious service. The Marines taught me discipline, accountability, and the importance of standing shoulder to shoulder with people from every background in pursuit of a common mission.

Following my military service, I worked for more than 23 years in the retail food industry. I understand the challenges working families face because I’ve lived them. I’ve worked through economic ups and downs, and I proudly served as an essential worker during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Service has always been part of my life. In 2016, I served as an Electoral Judge to help ensure the integrity of our elections. I was honored to receive a Maryland State Citation recognizing my community and state involvement. Over the years, I have volunteered my time helping hurricane victims and organizing collections of food, water, and clothing for families in need.

I am an active member of my church and have participated in numerous community fundraising efforts. My faith has always guided me toward service, humility, and responsibility to others.

Throughout my life — in the Marines, at work, in church, and in the community — I’ve learned that we have far more in common than what divides us. In the military, we didn’t focus on race, politics, or background. We focused on the mission and on supporting one another as brothers and sisters. That spirit of unity and shared purpose is something I believe our communities need more of today.

I believe in liberty, integrity, and personal responsibility. I believe in honoring our Constitution and standing up for the freedoms that make our country strong. Most importantly, I believe leadership is about service — not titles.

I am running to represent District 6 because I care deeply about this community and its future. I want to bring steady leadership, common sense, and a servant’s heart to Annapolis — always putting our neighborhoods, families, and values first.

My mission is to bring our communities together with steady, service-driven leadership, strengthen economic opportunity, improve public safety, and keep people — not politics — at the center of every decision.
